We require a $1 deposit for online bookings to help prevent spam or fake reservations—this small step ensures that only genuine customers are securing dates and helps us keep our schedule accurate. If you book directly with us through Facebook message, text, or phone call, no deposit is required.

For bookings made through our website, we accept credit card payments for both deposits and those wanting to pay their full balances. If you’re paying in person at drop off, we accept cash, check, or Zelle.

Nope, you don’t have to book online! Our online booking system is just a fast, convenient option for those who prefer it, but we’re always happy to help you the old-fashioned way too. You can book with us through Facebook message, text, phone call, or email—whatever works best for you!

We’re a family business, and we know that planning a party can be stressful—especially when it comes to unpredictable weather! That’s why we do not charge any weather-related cancellation fees, as long as you let us know at least 1 hour before your scheduled delivery time. We believe in keeping things flexible and fair so you can plan with confidence.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and obstacle courses at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, school field days, family reunions, and much more!

All of our inflatables can be used wet or dry! We do ask our customers to provide a water hose reaching from your spigot to the desired location of the inflatable. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. Setups on rough surfaces such as concrete do require an additional setup fee, as extra materials are needed to properly secure the bounce house and ensure the safety of both participants and the inflatable.

Customers are asked to provide access to a standard electrical outlet and a 10/12-gauge extension cord long enough to reach from the outlet to the inflatable’s setup location. For water inflatables, we also ask that a water hose be available and long enough to reach from the spigot to the unit. 

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
